Returns/Exchanges Policy
Due to the anticipated high demand and expected out of stocks for our launch, all sales on ElinBrand are final at this time. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products, except as required by applicable law.
We understand that determining the best sizing for apparel purchased online is tricky ~ but due to the anticipated high demand and expected out of stocks on most items at our launch, we will not be able to accommodate any returns or exchanges at this time. We anticipate that ElinBrand will allow returns and exchanges in the future!
If we made an error and you were shipped an incorrect item(s) or there is an item(s) missing or damaged, please contact us by email at orders@elinbrand.com immediately and no later than seven (7) days from receipt of your shipment. In the email, provide your order number and a description of the issue with documentation and photographs, if necessary. We will provide return shipping instructions and notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the item(s) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you desire a replacement item, you will be advised to purchase it again directly from the ElinBrand website, assuming it is in stock and available.
Shipping, Payment & Order Processing Info
Orders from ElinBrand's initial launch will begin shipping on December 9, 2024 (or sooner). Plenty of time for holiday gift giving to all of your favorite Elin readers!
For the initial merch drop, all ElinBrand orders will be shipped using USPS Ground Service Advantage.
With USPS Ground Service Advantage, your order is expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days after the items have been shipped. Shipping times are impacted by your location and distance from our Massachusetts location. Delivery timeframes may be extended when shipping volume is high, such as during the holidays.
Note:
- 'Business days' do not typically include weekends, however Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select zip codes.
- Some items may not be eligible for expedited shipping due to size, weight, quantities, delivery address or warehouse constraints.
- Shipping charges are calculated on a ‘per order’ basis based on the weight of the items, shipping distance and shipping method selected.
ElinBrand accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover credit cards
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Meta Pay
- Shop Pay by shopify
Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you entered incorrect shipping information, contact us by email at orders@elinbrand.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue. Depending on whether the order has been processed yet or not, we may be able to change the shipping address but cannot guarantee it. We cannot make changes to item orders or quantities though once placed as that affects our inventory system.
Pre-ordered items will ship based on the estimated delivery date provided. Full payment for any pre-ordered items and other in-stock items in your order needs to be made at checkout to reserve the pre-ordered item. All items in the order will be shipped together when all stock is received. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner than any pre-ordered items, it is recommended that you complete separate orders for the in-stock and pre-ordered items so as not to delay shipping the in-stock items.
Currently, ElinBrand is only available to ship within the United States.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your ElinBrand order number. You will receive another email that includes tracking information when your order ships out so you can see where your package is and when it should arrive at its destination. If you don't receive either the order or shipping confirmation emails in a reasonable timeframe, please contact us by email at orders@elinbrand.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue. Please note that our warehouse does not process orders on weekends and they will be busy during the holiday season. We anticipate high demand for our launch, so please be patient as it may take a few days for your order to be packed prior to shipping.
No, we do not currently offer gift cards but we will soon!
